Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from MagSul Bath, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Use

  • Our products are for external use only.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions.

2. Handmade Products

  • All products are handmade in small batches.

  • There may be slight variations in color, scent, or appearance from batch to batch, this is normal and part of the artisan process. Product  is sold by weight, not volume and settling might occur.

3. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for details on refunds, exchanges, and damaged orders.

5. Custom Orders

  • Custom-scented products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your custom scent, we will offer a 10% discount on a future order, but no refunds will be issued.

6. Privacy

  • We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for how we store and protect your data.

7. Liability

  • By using our products, you acknowledge that MagSul Bath is not responsible for any adverse reactions or misuse.

  • Always read ingredient lists before use, especially if you have allergies.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
