Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel amazing about every MagSul Bath purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or the product isn’t what you expected, we’re happy to exchange it.

Please contact us at magsulbath@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

2. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Custom Scents

Because custom scents are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you don’t love the scent, we’re happy to offer a 10% discount on a future order of the same size (so you can try something new).

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
