MagSul Bath

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel amazing about every MagSul Bath purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Exchanges
  • If you received the wrong item or the product isn’t what you expected, we’re happy to exchange it.

  • Please contact us at magsulbath@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

2. Damaged Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

​

3. Custom Scents
  • Because custom scents are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you don’t love the scent, we’re happy to offer a 10% discount on a future order of the same size (so you can try something new).

4. Refunds
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
